Terms & Refunds
We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality sensory experiences for all, we have established the following guidelines.
Booking Modifications: Classes can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session start time, subject to availability. Please contact us via email to arrange a transfer.
Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the session will receive a 50% credit note. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or for non-attendance.
Business Cancellations: In the rare event that Little Angels Sensory Play Ltd must cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all affected participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

We maintain a rigorously clean environment by sanitizing all sensory equipment and play surfaces with non-toxic, child-safe solutions before and after every session. Our facilities are designed to be hazard-free, following strict space protocols to ensure a secure exploration zone for little ones and peace of mind for caregivers. We continuously monitor and assess our play environments to provide the highest standard of health and safety for our community.

Your information is stored securely in our encrypted digital database. Little Angels Sensory Play Ltd retains records for as long as necessary to facilitate your attendance and meet our legal and insurance obligations for children services.
